How do you protect delicate decors during shipping? Shipping intricate aquarium ornaments requires absolute mastery. Every Ravellique piece is meticulously wrapped in custom-cut, shock-absorbing foam inserts and packed tightly inside heavy-duty, crush-resistant boxes to absorb any impact during transit, ensuring your items arrive in perfect tank-ready condition.

Can I track my shipment? Absolutely. Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing a secure tracking number so you can monitor your Ravellique package every step of the way.

Product Care & Safety

Are Ravellique products safe for both freshwater and saltwater tanks? Yes, 100%. All Ravellique decors are engineered with multi-layered protective coatings that are fully chemically inert, making them perfectly safe and exceptionally durable in both freshwater and marine environments.

Will your decors change my aquarium's water parameters or pH? Not at all. We strictly use water-neutral materials that do not discolor the water, leach tannins, or alter your GH, KH, or pH levels, allowing you to maintain a pristine and stable ecosystem.

How should I clean my new decor before putting it into the tank? To ensure absolute safety, simply rinse the decor thoroughly under warm tap water to remove any dust from shipping. Never use soap, bleach, or chemical cleaners, as these can leave toxic residues that are harmful to your fish.

Returns & Broken Items

What if my item arrives broken or cracked? While we pack our items with extreme care, shipping accidents can occasionally happen with delicate shapes. If your order arrives damaged, please do not worry. Take a clear photo of the broken item along with the packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately ship you a free replacement or issue a full refund.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your aquascape. We accept returns on completely unused, un-submerged decors in their original, secure packaging within 30 days of delivery.
